Sprouts Corner began with a simple vision: to create a warm, welcoming space where parents and carers could relax, connect, and recharge – without ever losing sight of their little ones at play.
Holly envisioned a place that blended the comforts of great coffee and nourishing food with the joy of imaginative play and meaningful community. With a heart for families and a deep understanding of the parenting journey, Holly wanted more than just a play café. She dreamed of a community hub – a space where mums, dads, and carers could share the highs and lows of raising little humans in a safe, supportive, and judgement-free environment.
Enter Deepak, a passionate chef with over 20 years of experience and a history of running beloved cafés across Sydney. Together, Holly and Deepak – partners in life and parenting – brought their vision to life. With their two children as daily inspiration, they understand that parenthood is wild, messy, magical – and far better when we walk it together (ideally with a great coffee in hand!).
Sprouts Corner is more than a play centre and café. It’s a space to build friendships, share real moments, and remind each other that no one has to navigate this journey alone.

Holly is the Co-Founder and Manager of Sprouts Corner, with more than 6 years of experience working with children. As a qualified swimming instructor, certified coach, and baby infant massage instructor, she is passionate about creating nurturing spaces where children and families can grow, connect, and thrive.
Deepak is the Co-Founder and Head Chef at Sprouts Corner, bringing over 20 years of culinary experience. He has a passion for creating simple, nourishing meals that taste great and can be enjoyed by the whole family.
Dee has over 5 years of experience working with children as an early childhood educator, basketball coach, and swim instructor. Her passion for helping little ones learn, grow, and build confidence shines through in her role as Host and Workshop Coordinator at Sprouts Corner.
Dan has been a chef for more than 10 years and, for the past 2 years, has also worked as a swim instructor. At Sprouts Corner, he brings both passions together by preparing wholesome meals for families and leading fun, hands-on cooking workshops for children.
